Shanghai Huizhong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, which integrates commercial vehicle manufacturing and car chassis system production. It was formally established on January 11, 1992. Shanghai Huizhong is the backbone supplier of various car chassis systems for Shanghai Volkswagen and Shanghai General Motors. It mainly has three business segments: light passenger cars, heavy trucks and car chassis systems.
