Danfoss soft starter VLT® Soft Starter is a comprehensive solution for soft start and stop of three-phase asynchronous motors, which can extend uptime and reduce maintenance requirements.
    By connecting the soft starter and the AC motor, the abrasion of the motor, power cable and power distribution system can be reduced, saving energy, space and cost, and prolonging the service life of the system. The soft starter does not generate any harmonics, without filters and shielded cables.

Features and advantages
    It is convenient to connect the soft starter based on Ethernet configuration, such as Rockwell PLC system. Three menu systems (quick menu, application menu and main menu), a four-wire graphic display and a small keyboard are configured for easy and quick programming. Select the start and stop curve through Adaptive Acceleration Control. With a second-order thermal model, the motor can be fully utilized to ensure that the motor is not damaged due to overload. The DC braking current is evenly distributed in three phases, which can reduce installation costs and reduce motor pressure. The adjustable bus bar can be inserted from the top and bottom, which can save space and wiring costs, and is easier to retrofit.
